BRIEF

CHALLENGES

Celadon City is a new residential community occupying the best location in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City.

Celadon City is an ideal eco urban complex with over-16-hectares of green campuses filled with amenities ranging from Education, Culture, Sports, Health to Recreation. This residential community meets the quotidian needs of the growing population of dynamic, modern and affluent residents of the city.

The project required a full range of brand building activities to engage with audiences and emphasize the concept of pro-active community built to last.

Solution

We developed a concept that had a dedicated focus on sustainability.
Our campaign integrated elements of interactive marketing to become more personal to consumers. We created an interactive nature-driven concept where each buyer was provided a tree that they were encouraged to plant on the grounds of the community. While they nurtured their tree and returned frequently to see it’s growth, they also witnessed the rapid growth of Celadon City project and saw it to it’s completion.

Building on this inspiration, we used the pattern of green flowers sprouting through it’s stages and green color palettes to reflect nature and sustainability on the brochure. Our focus is to help our client communicate their message and values to their primary audience. Our client’s main message was their ability to help the residents of their community achieve harmony, satisfaction and tranquility without compromising on modern amenities.
