CHALLENGES

The Eastern is a complex-apartment real estate project in District 9, Ho Chi Minh City. The Eastern provides residents with full facilities that ảe safe and perfect for their life. HVK (Korea Real-Estate Development Fund)  required a brand identity in order to launch the project to their prospective buyers in 2012.

The brand identity should emphasize the strengths of this project, which include its exclusive location, convenient and modern facilities, security, and perfect lifestyle for the new residents.

Solution

Our approach to creating a new brand identity was highly visual. Our key concept is titled “The Eastern provides a new dawn” – this was inspired by the name of the project and we honed in on the beauty of a sunrise to celebrate this new beginning. We captured the magic and vibrancy of a new dawn by implementing a watercolor painting theme.
A new dawn is symbolic not only of another day, but of a new opportunity and a novel project. We vibrantly expressed the values of the company and its location by using an Asian influence in the watercolor theme.
